KEI Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Un-audited Financial Results (provisional) for the 1st Quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

2. Amendment in the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

3. Directors Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Report on Corporate Governance and annexure to Director's Report.
