Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following agenda items:

1. To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
