Alok Industries to announce Q1 results on Jul 31, 2007

Alok Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following items:

1. To approve and adopt Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation of dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007.

3. To close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company.

4. To approve the date, time and venue of the Twenty First Annual General Meeting of the Company.

5. To approve and adopt the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).
