Spice Mobiles Board recommends 10% dividend

Spice Mobiles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% (Re 0.30p per shares of Rs 3/- each) for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
