Dolat Investments Board declares 10% interim dividend, 1:1 bonus issue

Dolat Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2007, inter alia, has declared 10% interim dividend on the paid up capital of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2007, inter alia, has decided, subject to approval of shareholder the following:

1. Increasing Authorised Capital of the Company from Rs 9.05 crores to Rs 18.10 crores.

2. Issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (One share for every One shares held).

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.10.41, up by Rs.0.49 or 4.94%. The total traded quantity was 74271 compared to 2 week average of 54683. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.41 and low of Rs.10.11.
