Munjal Showa AGM approves stock-split

Munjal Showa Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, have accorded for sub-division of the existing equity share of the Company having a nominal value of Rs 10/- is sub-divided into five equity shares having a nominal face value of Rs 2/- each & alteration of memorandum of association of the Company.
