Swaraj Mazda Board to consider rights issue

Swaraj Mazda Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider to approve issue of equity shares on rights basis.
