Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider :

1. Unaudited financial results of the company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Recommendation of dividend, if any for the year 2006-2007.
