Great Offshore Board Meeting on Jul 30, 2007 to consider raising of funds

Great Offshore Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, for considering, raising of additional resources upto Rs 350 crores (or equivalent foreign currency) by way of issuance, in one or more tranches, public or private offerings, in domestic or one or more international offerings in one or more international markets, of debt, equity or any other securities convertible into equity shares including any preferential offer, as the Board may deem fit.
