CCL Products Board recommends 50% dividend

CCL Products India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2007, has decided to recommend dividend @ Rs 5/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 50%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2007 for consideration of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
