20 Microns Ltd approves allotment of 382360 shares

The Board of Directors of 20 Microns Ltd at its meeting held on July 10, 2015, has approved the allotment of 3,82,360 Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 34/-per share, including premium of Rs. 29/- per share in conversion of 3,82,360 Compulsorily Convertible Warrants to the person other than promoters of the Company on a preferential basis.
