Voltamp Transformers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

3. Recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.
