AXIS Bank Ltd allots 34550 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 34,550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on July 10, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,11,20,934 (237,55,60,467 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,11,90,034 (237,55,95,017 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
