Ruby Mills Board to declare dividend

Ruby Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to take on record audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007, and to consider declaration of dividend for the year and further to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
