Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Financial Accounts for the period from April 01, 2006 to June 30, 2007.

2. To declare dividend.

3. To increase authorized capital of the Company.

4. Issue of Bonus shares.

5. Rights issue.

6. Fully Convertible Debentures on right basis.
