DCM Shriram Consolidated forms new subsidiary

DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd has announced that the Company has:

1. Incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely DCM Shriram Energy and Infrastructure Ltd, and

2. Made investment in the equity shares of M/s. Impact Builders Ltd to make it a 100% Subsidiary.

Consequently, both these Companies have become new subsidiaries of the Company.
