Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).
