West Coast Paper Board to consider Stock Split & Dividend

West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date along with the report of Directors, to the Members thereon.

2. To recommend dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

4. Sub-division of equity shares (present face value of Rs. 10/- each).

5. To consider various proposals for raising equity funds to finance modernization cum expansion programme with outlay of Rs 11000 Million (including Issue of warrants convertible into equity shares to promoter group).
