Sugam Agro enters into MoU with Inventaa Chemicals

Sugam Agro Tech Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s. Inventaa Chemicals Ltd for the proposal of sale of assets of the Company at its Factory Premises at Survey No. 13/2, Peddapuram, Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District to meet the One Time Settlement Commitments and all other statutory liabilities to resolve the problem of DRT and other statutory authorities.
