NIIT Technologies AGM approves 60% dividend

NIIT Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 17, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 6.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2005-06.
