Emami AGM approves 100% dividend

Emami Ltd has announced that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend @ 100% on the Equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
