Indiabulls Financial equity shareholders & creditors approves Scheme of Arrangement

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Equity Shareholders & Unsecured Creditors of the Company at its Court Convened meeting held on September 18, 2006, have unanimously approved the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
