IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd to consider fund raising options on July 02, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd is scheduled to be held on July 02, 2015, to consider additional fund raising options for the Company.
