Jumbo Bag AGM approves 10% dividend

Jumbo Bag Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 18, 2006, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Declaration of Dividend at 10% on the Equity Shares of the Company and the date of the Dividend Warrants will be October 05, 2006 and the dividend warrants will be despatched to the shareholders from October 05, 2006 viz. within the statutory limit of 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

2. Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company.
