Color Chips Board to appoint firm to advice on merger

Color Chips India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2007 has considered the proposal of the merger of

1. Color Chips India Ltd
2. Color Chips Animation Park Ltd
3. Millitoon Animation Pvt Ltd
With Color Chips New Media Ltd.

The Board has also decided to appoint an Independent firm of Chartered Accountants to prepare and advice on the scheme of Merger.
