Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd to allot 2000000 shares at Rs.75

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2006 has allotted 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 65/- per share of the Company to M/s. Brinda Dealing Pvt Ltd Pursuant to the conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis.
