JIK Industries Ltd has announced that the Company will consider and take on record Audited Financial Result for the last quarter and year ended June 30, 2007 within period of 3 months from the close of Financial Year i.e. upto September 30, 2007 instead of approving and taking on record unaudited financial results within period of 30 days i.e. July 30, 2007.
