Mather & Platt Fire Board to consider Scheme of Arrangement

Mather & Platt Fire Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider a Scheme of Arrangement to be entered between the Company and its Unsecured Creditors pursuant to Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable law.
