Murli Agro AGM approves 25% dividend

Murli Agro Products Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of 25% dividend for all fully paid up equity shares.
