Benares Hotels fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Benares Hotels Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 30, 2007 to September 12, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company to be held on September 12, 2007.
