Tayo Rolls AGM approves 42.5% dividend

Tayo Rolls Ltd has announced that the members at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 16, 2007, inter alia, have passed the resolution approving the Accounts for the year 2006-07 and payment of dividend at the rate of 42.5%.
