Precision Containeurs wins case against Income Tax Department

Precision Containeurs Ltd has announced that the Company has won the case in the Hon'ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai a case against the Income Tax Department involving the Company in Block Assessment process and slapping a fine and penalty of about Rs 2.00 crores in the year and month of July 30, 1997.

Since the Company has won case on merit the liability of Rs 2.00 crores impelled on the Company by the Block Assessment stands extinguished fully.
