Indraprastha Gas AGM approves 25% dividend

Indraprastha Gas Ltd has announced that the members at the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Dividend @ 25% on equity shares.
