Hindusthan National Glass approves amalgamation of ACE Glass Containers

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2007 has considered and approved Amalgamation of ACE Glass Containers Ltd (an unlisted Company) with the Company pursuant to section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 with effect from April, 01, 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.565.50, up by Rs.26.75 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.565.65 and low of Rs.541. The total traded quantity was 2151 compared to 2 week average of 494.
