Everest Industries Ltd allots 44305 Equity Shares

The Stakeholders Relation Committee of the Board of Everest Industries Ltd in their meeting held on May 05, 2015, have allotted 44305 Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.

27,135 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2010. 10,075 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2011 and 7,095 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2012.
