Triton Corp Board to approve acquisition of 10% stake in Sapphire Global Ltd

Triton Corp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, to transact following businesses :

1. Approve and take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Approve acquisition of 10% stake in Sapphire Global Ltd, a U.K. based Company.
