Poly Medicure Ltd approves raising of funds upto Rs. 200 crores

The Board of Directors of Poly Medicure Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2015, have approved the raising of funds upto Rs.200 Crores, subject to approval from shareholders.

The Board approved appointment of Mr. Avinash Chandra as Company Secretary.

Shares of POLY MEDICURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.534 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 520.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3539 in over 177 trades.
