Real Strips to issue 5,00,000 shares on preferential basis

Real Strips Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2007, has decided to issue 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 37/- on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.49, up by Rs.0.60 or 1.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.95 and low of Rs.47.10. The total traded quantity was 3902 compared to 2 week average of 10680.
