Srinivasa Hatcheries AGM declares 25% dividend

Srinivasa Hatcheries Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 16, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Dividend @ 25% on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
