Deepak Nitrite Ltd Issues Commercial Papers worth Rs. 60 crores

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has issued Commercial Papers (CP) aggregating to Rs. 60 crores value dated April 17, 2015.

These have been subscribed by HDFC Bank Limited for Rs. 30 crores each with maturity date on July 16, 2015 and September 04, 2015.

The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.

Shares of DEEPAK NITRITE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.74.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9205 in over 486 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 76.4 and intraday low of 73.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 691995.
