CRISIL Ltd allots 93465 shares under Employees Stock Option Schemes - 2011 and 2012

The Board of Directors of CRISIL Ltd at its meeting held on April 17, 2015, has allotted 93465 equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value of Re. 1/- each.

37,543 (Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Three) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value Re. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 579.88 per share and 55,922 (Fifty Five Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty Two) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value Re. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 1,060 per share.
