One of the holders of Warrants (namely Mr. Anil Agrawal - the Promoter) has exercised his right of conversion of Warrants into Equity shares and accordingly the Board of Directors of Kridhan Infra Ltd at their meeting held on March 27, 2015 have allotted 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up on account of conversion of 6,00,000 Warrants of Rs. 10/- (Post sub-division of the face value of Equity Shares from Rs. 10/- to Rs.2/-, 6,00,000 Warrants of Rs.10/- each have become 30,00,000 Warrants of Rs.2/-) each (i.e. the ratio of 1 Equity Share for every 1 Warrant held).
