Gati allots 25 Lakhs warrants convertible at Rs.84.6

Gati Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2006, has allotted 25,00,000 Convertible Warrants to Mahendra Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd, convertible into 25,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 82.60 per share for cash at the option of the warrant holder within an aggregate time period of 18 months from the date of allotment.
