Bilpower Board to consider final dividend

Bilpower Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2007, inter alia, to transact, with or without modifications, the following business:

1. To discuss and adopt Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To discuss and adopt Un-audited Accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 & to comply with the observations of Audit committee and Auditors in the "Limited Review report", if any.

3. To decide the date and place for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. To consider and propose final dividend, if any for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

5. To appoint additional Directors.

6. To discuss and decide on venturing into Power Trading activities.

7. To discuss and decide on the expansion programme of Tarapur Transformers Ltd.

8. To discuss the progress of Stamping Division project.

9. To discuss the status for issuance of "Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds" (FCCB's).
