Reliance Capital Ltd allots 70 lakh shares to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank

The Board of Directors of Reliance Capital Ltd at its meeting held on March 12, 2015 have allotted 70,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a Premium of Rs. 520 per share to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited in terms of Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

Pursuant to the above the paid up equity shares of the Company stands increased to 25,26,32,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each from 24,56,32,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of RELIANCE CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.489.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 441.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1609879 in over 53675 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 492.55 and intraday low of 448.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 766896854.
