Tata Teleservices Anjali Birla selected for International Antarctic Expedition 2015 for Climate Change and Sustainability

Tata Teleservices Limited has said that one of its employees, an officer of the Tata Administrative Services, Anjali Birla has been selected for the International Antarctic Expedition for Climate Change and Sustainability 2015. This is organised by globally renowned organization 2041 founded by legendary Polar explorer, environmental leader and public speaker, Robert Swan, OBE.

The mission 2041 as popularly known will start from Argentina on March 13th where Anjali Birla along with 80 other participants including World Leaders, Environmental Experts and other Youth Ambassadors from 28 different nationalities will have the opportunity to explore the continent's ecology. This expedition to Antarctica would enable the team to understand the continent's fragile ecosystem and observe the impact of climate change on its unique wildlife and magnificent landscape. The mission of this expedition is to build a sustainable society, promote recycling & renewable energy and create awareness about climate change.
