BHEL declares 145% dividend

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced that the members at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have passed the resolution of declaration of total dividend @ 145% on the Paid-up Equity Share Capital including interim dividend Of 40% and special interim dividend of 85% already paid during the year and final dividend of 20%, as recommended by the Board of Directors.
