Saksoft appraised at CMMi Level 5

Saksoft Ltd has announced that the Company has been appraised at Level 5 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process improvement approach from Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute and Level denotes highest level of maturity.

The scope covers all its delivery centers in India and spans its entire service offerings from design, development and support of software applications for banking and financial services market and providing testing services as 3rd party testers. The assessment was conducted by KPMG, a leading international quality certification group.

Mr Ramanathan, Executive Director of the Company added that, "the CMMi Level 5 accreditation confirms the Company's continual commitment to excellence in quality in every aspect - from addressing customer needs, ensuring predictable delivery, minimizing error-rate to providing defect-free software. Customers have already begun to see significant impact and that is reflected in their feedback".
