Poddar Developers Ltd allots 1110900 shares under QIP

The Board of Directors of Poddar Developers Ltd at its meeting held on January 23, 2015, have considered and approved the issue and allotment of 1,110,900 Equity Shares (the "Equity Shares") of face value Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 1,125.21 per Equity Share including a premium of Rs. 1,115.21 per Equity Share, to Qualified Institutional Buyers ("QIBs"), under a Qualified Institutions Placement as per Chapter VIII of the ICDR Regulations and Section 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Poddar Developers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1415 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1441.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2643 in over 212 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1450 and intraday low of 1390. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3742932.
