Indusind Bank Ltd allots 38378 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 38,378 (Thirty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Eight) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 15, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
